The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like an in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

As much as I enjoyed my time here, the noise from the constant parade of large trucks just under my window was a bit disruptive. Additionally, some of the staff members seemed a bit indifferent and could have been more welcoming.

loved my short stay in glasgow, definitely coming back. great location, stunning building, friendly and helpful staff. plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. the room was clean and well-appointed. had a fantastic time at the bovine restaurant with superb food and a relaxed atmosphere.
