As a young family, we loved the fact that we were upgraded to have access to the executive lounge. It made our 10-year anniversary even more special. The king room was spacious, clean, and had all the luxuries we needed. Andreaa from the front office went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. We also enjoyed a delicious family meal at the hotel's Indian restaurant. The location was convenient for us, as we were travelling to Heathrow. Car parking facilities were great, and we appreciated the late check out. The staff were extremely accommodating and made our stay memorable.

We felt completely at home here and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to Terminal 5, making it easy for us to get into the city. Despite being so close to the airport, we were amazed that we couldn't hear any plane noise from inside our room. We enjoyed watching the planes outside while still experiencing enhanced comfort due to the soundproofed rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, going out of their way to assist us with returning to the airport after a late arrival. The service we received was top-notch and they even provided towels for us at 7.15am, which was a nice touch.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel offers a wide range of services including room amenities such as a mini-bar and in-room safe, as well as dining options at the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

The executive lounge was superb, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. The facilities and experience at our works charity ball were impressive. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent, with no missing items, and the staff were very helpful. The tea and coffee in the rooms, as well as room service, were amazing. the staff were friendly and the relaxation room in the spa was very relaxing. The only downside was the long queues for check-in, but it was understandable given the busy Christmas season.

And let's not forget about the leisure facilities, which include a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day.
