Hyde Beach House offers stunning ocean views and a fantastic location just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our suite and loved the family-friendly amenities, including the outdoor pool and nearby dining options.

However, I was frustrated with the unexpected fees that doubled our quoted price, including resort and cleaning fees. The cleaning supplies provided were minimal, and we had to manage our own upkeep during the stay, which felt off for an aparthotel.

My stay at Hyde Beach House was incredibly frustrating. The elevators were absolutely horrible, with waits sometimes exceeding 25 minutes, especially during busy check-in and check-out times. Additionally, the amenities promised were practically non-existent. the kitchen lacked essential items like mixing bowls and knives, making it impossible to prepare meals effectively. Despite having a lovely view from my suite, the lack of adequate service and cleanliness diminished the overall experience, leaving me feeling disappointed.

The unexpected fees were outrageous. what was initially quoted as a fair rate ballooned to nearly double by the time I checked out! I was also angered by the state of the amenities, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and the cleaning service was non-existent during our stay. It felt like I was managing a rental rather than experiencing a hotel. The overall service was lacking. no one was available to assist effectively when issues arose, which left us feeling stranded and frustrated. The entire experience was marred by these challenges, completely overshadowing the supposed benefits of this property.

My stay at Hyde Beach House was delightful, featuring a spacious room with beautiful views of the intercoastal. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service when I needed assistance. The pools and beach access made for a lovely getaway, allowing for relaxation and enjoyment in a relaxing atmosphere.
