The attention to detail in the converted rooms at Home Farm Bed & Breakfast is mind-blowing. The architecture, furniture, and decoration create a wonderful atmosphere. Steve and Annette, the hosts, are also lovely.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely B&B. the attention to detail was fabulous, from the high-quality furnishings to the luxurious tea/coffee and shower products. the room was beautifully decorated, and the bed and bedding were of exceptional quality. the owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was truly delicious, and I loved the little touches in the room. I can't wait to visit again and explore the local area.

The location of the B&B is perfect, situated next to a pub and close to a highly recommended Indian restaurant. The room was spotless and the bathroom had excellent shower pressure. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The B&B also offered facilities such as a charge point for a car and a fan in the room for hotter weather, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lack of room service resulted in detritus piling up and dirty cups being left unattended.

The room was beautifully restored and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and lovely touches like a slipper bath and brass taps. The hosts were hospitable and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The availability of glasses and a fridge outside the room was also a convenient touch.

Finding the hotel at night was a bit tricky, and the weak WiFi was a letdown. It would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast option, and the lack of room service meant that things started to pile up.

This hotel is in a pleasant, quiet village not too far from main roads and near to a very good restaurant. The location is great for commuting into MK for work from the nice country village. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and taste in the decor is evident throughout the hotel. The breakfast provided a good variety of cereals, fruit, and yogurt, and the friendly chat from the staff was a great start to each day.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the beautifully decorated rooms with their cozy four-poster beds, to the luxurious standalone bath and refreshing shower. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh free-range eggs that were deliciously cooked to perfection. Plus, the hotel's location next to a charming pub and a fantastic nearby restaurant made it even more convenient.
