This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The location in the center of the city was perfect, as we were able to easily access major transport links and explore all that the city had to offer. The staff here provided fantastic customer service, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The fitness studio was a great bonus, allowing us to stay active during our stay. this hotel provided an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, catering to my special dietary requirements and providing a cot and high chair for my grandson. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel truly made my first visit to Glasgow a memorable one.

The hotel's location in the heart of town was excellent, as it was just a short walk to the main shopping areas and Central Station. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were modern and comfortable. Additionally, the complimentary mini-bar and coffee-making facilities in the room were a nice touch.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the action in the city. The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and fluffy towels in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

It took over two hours to get two courses, and the food was very disappointing. Breakfast was also a letdown, with limited options and poorly presented Scottish breakfast.

Lovely modern rooms with comfy beds, although getting up to them can be a challenge. Quiet and peaceful at night. Free breakfast served on cute trays. Attentive and friendly staff. No dogs allowed.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was bright, modern, and had a lot of history. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge with water and caramel wafers, which my boys loved. The breakfast was brilliant - great selection, kids ate free, and there was a full hot breakfast menu. The staff was wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

If you're looking for a great location for a family celebration on Saturday lunchtime, this hotel is a good choice. It is close to the station and within easy walking distance to the city center. The restaurant staff are attentive and the food, although not exceptional, is satisfactory. Plus, the rooms are beautifully finished with comfortable beds and lovely toiletries. The reception staff are also very helpful and polite.

The breakfast experience can be a bit disappointing with food sometimes being served lukewarm.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the train station and city shopping. The Marco Pierre White restaurant is a great option for dinner, with excellent food and a comfortable atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and clean, with plenty of electrical sockets and USB ports. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good service throughout our stay.
