I was warmly welcomed at Jesmond Dene with a cup of tea, which was a lovely gesture. My room was impeccably clean and tidy, complete with a comfortable bed, TV, and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was outstanding, a delightful three-course meal that left me satisfied. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The hosts were friendly and had a great sense of humor, making me feel right at home. I had a stress-free and delightful stay at this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

our stay at this hotel was better than expected. the rooms were spacious and clean, exceeding the average size of rooms in blackpool. ron, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the breakfasts were delicious. we have stayed here before and will continue to book with them in the future.

Great location near promenade and beach, with tram stop nearby. Clean rooms with comfy bed, storage, and modern bathroom. Helpful owner, provided parking space and offered drinks. Hospitality and attention to guests' needs is impressive.

The beds were super comfortable, the showers were great, and the room was spacious with a big TV. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were flexible with the timing. They even let us check out later. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade and beach, with a tram stop nearby. We couldn't have asked for more!

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and the kettle could have been cleaner. However, these were minor issues that didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the promenade and all the attractions. We were able to easily walk to the piers and other amenities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our overall experience. the bed in our room was very soft and springy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were great, and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious and the flexibility with breakfast times was much appreciated. They even allowed us to check out later than planned. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider coming back!
