Good location in Kensington, close to cafes, restaurants, and attractions like the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. Reasonably priced with well-appointed rooms, walk-in shower, air conditioning, and a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, new bathroom, small but like any other hotel room. Big TV and fridge. Helpful staff, luggage storage, good breakfast with plenty of food options.

We were warmly welcomed at reception at Kensington Prime. This small newly opened hotel in the heart of the city is perfect for a short stay. Located close to Olympia, Kensington Palace & gardens, and the Royal Albert Hall, its prime location made it convenient for exploring the city. the rooms, while not large, were very well designed with excellent air conditioning. the spotlessly clean bathrooms came with thick towels. We enjoyed a good breakfast in a lovely room adjacent to a small garden with outdoor seating. Choosing this hotel over a large impersonal one was definitely a great decision.
