We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and were always available to help with any questions or requests we had. The location of this place is absolutely perfect. It is right in the centre of everything, with easy access to transportation and all the attractions. We loved being able to explore the city with such convenience. The room itself was luxurious and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the TV was top-notch, and the free Wi-Fi was super fast. We were also impressed by the unique amenities provided, such as a mobile phone loan service. It's these little touches that really enhanced our experience.

I loved staying at this place during my trip here. During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They provided excellent service both before and during my visit. the room, although small, was clean and nicely decorated. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the bed. While it was comfortable, I found it to be a bit too springy for my liking.
