The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even remembered who we were and provided excellent recommendations for local transportation and dining options. Additionally, the rooms were well-decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including silk robes and a delicious fresh coconut welcome drink. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated near the heart of the old city, making it easy to walk around and explore.

One negative aspect of our stay was the noise in the building and outside. It seemed like the insulation was not great, and we could hear noise at all hours, which was a bit disruptive.

We were blown away by our stay at Marvellous Hotel & Spa. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with a warm welcome drink and vouchers for hotel services. One of the bellmen even accompanied us to exchange money and made sure everything went smoothly. We were impressed by the personal touch when we returned for our second stay and found a Welcome Back sign in our room. The highlight of our trip was when Daniel, one of the front desk members, took my mom on his motorbike to the post office, helped her mail items, and even lent her money when she needed it. The level of service we experienced here was truly exceptional. Thank you, Marvellous Hotel & Spa, for an unforgettable stay!

We loved staying here! This place is in the very centre of a bustling area, making it the best starting point for sightseeing trips. The staff is excellent here, from the doormen to the waiters, everyone is friendly and professional. The rooms are large and come with great amenities like soundproofed walls, in-room safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure spa and wellness center is a great place to relax and enjoy a massage or beauty treatment after a busy day exploring the city.

We recommend this hotel to everyone, as there was nothing we could fault.

We had a marvellous stay at this hotel. It is located in the centre of Hanoi near lots of interesting places, making it a great starting point for sightseeing tours. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, helping us with all our needs and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even offered to make eggs to order. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar at their sister hotel around the corner, which had beautiful views of the city.

That there is no bar in the hotel, but they do have a sister hotel with a great rooftop bar nearby.

During my recent business trip, I had an experience that exceeded my expectations. the staff team was outstanding and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were always attentive and ready to assist me with any need. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and shop, which made my stay convenient and enjoyable. I was very impressed when I was offered gift vouchers for the spa and restaurant, which was a lovely gesture.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the pho, and the restaurant food in general was great. The hotel's location in the old quarter was perfect, with everything within a short walk. We also appreciated the large safe in the room, which could easily accommodate my bulky laptop.
