The lack of air conditioning or fans in the rooms can make the nights uncomfortably hot.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent in-room amenities, including a spacious walk-in shower and the luxury of watching TV while soaking in the bathtub. The location of the hotel provided stunning views of a tree-lined vista from the rear terrace, creating a truly picturesque setting. Additionally, the staff was friendly and professional, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Lainston House exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was outstanding, complete with underfloor heating. The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning and provided a picturesque backdrop for photos. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection from the buffet and freshly cooked options. Despite a few minor details, my overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

From the exclusive amenities to the stunning garden area, everything is top, notch. the room is spacious and well, appointed, with in, room breakfast and private facilities. the restaurant serves exquisite food and special diet menus are available. the bar/lounge area is the perfect place to relax and the outdoor dining area is a delightful spot for a meal. Service is attentive and polite, making for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Although this hotel is incredible, there is one minor issue: there was no snack bar or picnic area available. But this is only a small complaint compared to the overall luxurious experience.

the bedroom had a convenient switch pad system for the lighting, making it easy to control from our bedside tables. the bathroom and shower area had smart ambient colored lighting. the hotel staff left a sweet birthday gesture for my husband, with a card and chocolates on his bedside table. the location was also very convenient, and the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed a comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and dinner that lived up to our expectations.
