The hotel was very nice, with clean and bright rooms. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the infinity hot pool. The location was excellent and the breakfast had a large choice of quality food.

The location is serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the quiet atmosphere we desired. The facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pool was a great feature for relaxation and exercise. The breakfasts and dinners exceeded our expectations, offering delicious meals to start and end our days.

Felt completely at ease and thoroughly satisfied throughout our stay. No complaints whatsoever.

From the friendly receptionist at check-in to the attentive cleaners, everyone was top-notch. The location of this hotel was also great, with plenty of amenities and shops nearby. I especially loved the spa and wellness centre, where I indulged in a relaxing massage and enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The indoor swimming pool was also a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as an electric kettle, television, and a spacious sitting area. The beautiful terrace and garden furniture provided the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea. this place offered a luxurious experience with its excellent service and top-notch facilities.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when they swapped our room to a ground floor one for mobility purposes. The outdoor pool was a highlight, as it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast service provided by Isabel was outstanding - she went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was a great experience. the complementary wine and cheese on arrival were a nice touch, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. the spa facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, were a highlight of the stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel with my family. Liz and Stuart went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, treating us like VIPs. Anna also provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and well-presented, with plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a lovely spa and swimming pool, which my children enjoyed.

The draft beer selection at the bar was limited and quite expensive.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of dining in their small eating area in the restaurant on the evening before the wedding. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for the upcoming event. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor. the room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring.

I did find that the shower in my room had poor water pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower experience. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

The spa facilities were top-notch with a variety of saunas, steam rooms, and a fantastic hydrotherapy pool. the view from the pool was an added bonus. the staff, particularly Olivia, Chelsea, Rowan, and Ian.

The reception staff seemed unhappy and not as welcoming as other members of the hotel team. Additional charges for breakfast and a new scheme to pay for facility usage added to the overall cost, making it less affordable for guests.

The atmosphere was great, and we especially enjoyed the free drinks vouchers and the buy 9 wines offer. The staff were all very professional and friendly, and they worked hard to accommodate the large numbers at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a nice sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. We also loved the spa and wellness center, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. everything was handled with extreme care and attention.
