As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the stunning mountain view from our room. It was mesmerizing and worth every penny. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including fruit salad, cereals, toast, croissants, boiled eggs. We also appreciated the easy parking and the fact that it was only a 15-minute walk to town.

The beautiful Georgian features, like the walnut staircase in the entrance hall, added a charming touch. the room itself was comfortable and filled with lovely little touches, such as throws and cushions. the view from the window overlooking the loch was breathtaking. the host, Jan, was friendly and took the time to chat with all the guests, making us feel welcome and valued. the location was perfect, just a short stroll along the loch front into the town center. We highly recommend this charming guest house and hope to return one day.

lawriestone guest house in fort william exceeded our expectations on our city break. the warm and welcoming hosts made us feel like royalty. the stunning views from the dining room and breakfast room were a highlight, along with the delicious continental breakfast. a short walk to town made it convenient for dining out.

Mattress wasn't comfy.

Lawriestone Guest House is just a 10-minute walk from the town, and it offers a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Loch. the room I stayed in had a partial loch view, with dual aspect and three opening windows. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two comfortable armchairs in the bay window overlooking the Loch. the host, Jan, was a terrific host, providing a warm welcome, a delicious fresh breakfast, and lots of helpful local information. I also enjoyed the company of Duggie the border terrier, who was very friendly.
