I always return for business. First stay, staff kindly offered hot drink in the cold. Has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Parking, Restaurant, TV, Kettle. Great for activities like cycling, canoeing, fishing, tennis. No pets or smoking. Perfect for my trips.

What a gem of a spot! the hosts were welcoming, full of tips and the decor was so bright and fun. We had a blast soaking in the hot tub and cozying up by the fireplace. Only thing worth noting - the roads leading to the retreat are a bit tricky, so drive carefully! a top-notch place for a chill getaway, would definitely go back🌟.

The hosts, Janie and Mike, made our large family feel right at home in the lively Snuggle Bug Suite. the kids adored exploring the colorful garden and meeting friendly animals like Freda. Can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Lower Barns in Mevagissey for a week-long holiday. The hosts have created a stunning garden and social space, with unique guest rooms surrounding it. Some rooms have private bathrooms and conservatories, while others have their own private gardens with hot tubs and saunas. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay unforgettable. The breakfast served in the main house was delicious and made to order. The hosts were also knowledgeable about the area and gave us great tips for beautiful places to visit and restaurants to try. Nothing was too much to ask for our lovely hosts.

The location was ideal, with the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project just a short drive away. And of course, the nearby beaches and pretty villages made our holiday even more memorable. The breakfast in the conservatory was a delightful experience, with delicious food and friendly conversations. The only minor drawback was that there was no bathtub, but it didn't dampen the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful family holiday.

Everything was fantastic.

The outdoor room was fantastic, great for enjoying some fresh air, and the hot tub was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a relaxing soak. the breakfast served at the accommodation was top notch, with plenty of food options to choose from. the location of the hotel was good, not too far from town attractions and local landmarks.

The overall experience was not great due to poor communication between the hotel staff and myself. We had booked our stay specifically for New Year's Eve and the hotel had advertised a special celebration event.

We had a truly superb 3-night stay at this beautiful heaven. the picturesque grounds and delightful animals made it a perfect getaway. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with quirky and cool decoration. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the hosts, Janie and Mike, couldn't have been more accommodating. They gave us great recommendations and were always welcoming and friendly. A truly outstanding value for money experience.
