We were impressed as soon as we walked into this place. The staff at reception were lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and we found it to be great value for money. We appreciated the fact that it was quiet, given its location near the arena. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We also liked the small details, like the light sensor under the bed that came on when it sensed movement. The staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was wonderful. we had a beautiful and wonderful stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel right outside the NEC. It was incredibly convenient, especially since we were working at the exhibition center for the entire weekend. The location couldn't have been better as it allowed us to easily access the NEC. The rooms were comfortable and had good security measures in place. We also loved the spacious and funky bar area. The lifts required a keycard to operate, adding an extra layer of security. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
