We had initially booked a three-night stay, but unfortunately, upon check-in, the hotel had no available room. However, they had already made arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel for the first night and covered the payment for us. It was a nice gesture and we were able to check in early the next day.

Convenient location near freeway, shopping, and restaurants. Clean rooms with nice furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Christina at the front desk. Enjoyed a good breakfast. a great experience.

My family and I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. the location was incredibly convenient, with quick access to the highway and close proximity to the Galleria Mall. We were able to explore the area easily, enjoying the nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that allowed us to have a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their guests. The extended breakfast hours were a bonus, although it would have been nice to have more food options available.

my experience at this hotel was exceptional. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. the rooms were immaculate, with plush beds and a superb restroom. the hotel offered a great breakfast with plenty of options, including Nutella and Silk milk. I particularly enjoyed the homemade cookies that were available all day long. the indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially for my family. Additionally, if you have a little princess who loves American Girl dolls, this hotel has theme rooms that will blow them away. My daughter had a fantastic time and even received a tiara at checkout. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can't wait to come back!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and stores. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. I had a great stay at Towneplace Suites and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious with 2 queen beds at an affordable price. It is conveniently located close to the interstate and everything in Cool Springs. The staff provides excellent service and is attentive to detail.

We had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. However, they were a little small for three adults to move around easily. The hotel facilities were good, including plentiful parking and a good breakfast. The location was convenient, being close to restaurants, shopping malls, and the freeway. Despite the proximity to the freeway, there was no noise disturbance. The staff, especially Christina at the front desk, were exceptional. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant and even checked in with us via text. it was a fantastic experience.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Plus, there was hot chocolate and coffee available all day long, which was great for the cold weather. the location was also perfect for shopping and dining, with lots of options nearby. One of the best aspects of the stay was the spacious and clean rooms.

The staff ruined our thanksgiving stay. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel like we were not welcome.
