My recent stay at Oyo The Chatwal Boutique Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and beautifully designed, and the reception area had a great layout. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served. Despite the double bed feeling a bit small for my partner and me, I still had a good sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, although I felt a bit chilly when I got out, possibly due to the glass wall. The hotel's location was excellent, just off the promenade and close to the beach and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The parking facilities were excellent, a rare find in Blackpool.

We had the most amazing romantic getaway at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the little touches like the complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with something for everyone. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the local attractions. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus!

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. The showers were consistently cold, which was a bit disappointing.

The delicious breakfast had a good variety, although I wish the portions were bigger. The hotel's location just off the main promenade made it quieter, but still offered a view of the sea. The friendly staff, especially Eva, made our stay wonderful, and the beds were really comfy. a lovely and unique place that I would definitely recommend!

Brought my Mum to celebrate her birthday and could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The hotel was beautiful, with exceptional facilities and a comfortable stay. But beyond our expectations were the warm, funny, considerate, and kind staff who made us feel looked after and had a really good laugh! Special birthday treats were piled on my Mum, she was played special birthday music. The owner Julius is an unbelievably talented chef and all the food was divine. Incredible stay, cannot recommend enough.

The location of My Guesthouse was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the seafront and the illuminations. We loved being able to easily explore the area. The spa at the hotel was absolutely amazing, and it was the perfect way to relax after braving the December winds. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to mine and my daughter's allergies. They made us feel so welcome and took such good care of us. The food at the hotel was also fantastic, full of flavor and we couldn't get enough. Despite a few minor issues, such as the hotel being relatively new and needing some work to improve its image, and the lack of a highchair in the restaurant, our overall experience at My Guesthouse was wonderful. Thank you for making us feel like part of the family and for the great care you provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel close to the seafront and illuminations, which was very convenient. The hotel had an interesting and extroverted design, which may not suit everyone's taste, but we enjoyed its uniqueness. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by Eva, the host, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast cooked by a chef was excellent, and the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. We would definitely consider staying here again.

There was an issue with guests from a neighboring hotel parking selfishly in the car park at the back.

Some guests from the hotel next door often parked selfishly in the car park at the back, making it difficult for guests of this hotel to find parking spaces. This was quite frustrating and inconvenient, especially when returning to the hotel after a long day of exploring.

The staff was fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, very close to local attractions and public transportation. We also loved the spa and massage services.

The carpets in the halls were quite dirty and could use a proper cleaning. the decor felt a bit unfinished with bare walls and unfinished ceilings in some areas.

The bed and breakfast I recently stayed at, Oyo The Chatwal Boutique, exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the host Eva went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail and hotel-quality service was impeccable. The rooms were beautifully furnished and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. I was truly impressed by the level of care given to guests. It is definitely a hidden gem among other B&Bs in the area.

One small drawback was the decor in some areas of the property. There were instances of paint from the ceiling on the walls.
