The door key access system can be frustrating, with cards sometimes not working properly, requiring multiple visits to reception.

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday and had a lovely time! The hotel is perfectly located, just a couple of minutes from restaurants and the seafront. The rooms have a charming, character-filled atmosphere with wide hallways and cosy, spacious interiors. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows felt like clouds. The staff, especially Lorraine, were polite and helpful. The hotel also provided a fan in the room, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again, way nicer than most other options!

I had a great stay at the hotel in this city. The location was fantastic, being very close to everything. I enjoyed exploring the town and found it to be incredible. The hotel facilities were great, especially the really nice bar. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was very nice, just what I needed.

We had a great stay at Norfolk Royale. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops, the beach, and public transport. The leisure facilities were a bonus after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved the hotel’s central location and how everything was within easy reach. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the Jacuzzi was just the icing on the cake. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room and the free Wi-Fi.

The lift was extremely slow, and we found it cumbersome to use. , the outside area needed some maintenance, as it was a bit untidy.

I stayed at Norfolk Royale for one night and it was perfect for exploring the town center. It only took me around 78 minutes to walk to the beach through the park in town. The room was spacious and although it was quite warm, the large windows helped cool it down. The bathroom was clean and of a good size. I loved having access to the pool and jacuzzi as an added bonus.

The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to the town center, bars, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, well-equipped with tea, coffee, and even a mini bar.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say it was fantastic. The location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the action. We attended a show at the nearby venue and it was just a short walk away. Also, the seafront was just a few minutes' walk away. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Not to mention, the hotel had great leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and spa, which I took full advantage of.

I recommend this hotel to all. The staff were polite and helpful, even if they seemed a bit distant at times.
