First, we hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment room - video games galore! Then, we headed to the family-friendly disco night for some epic dance-offs! the hotel staff were totally chill and even let us rock out 'til the early hours!

Wish they had a cooler rooftop hangout spot for us party animals to vibe with a sick view and music!

I simply adored the cozy ambiance of the hotel, especially the charming decor in the lobby area with exquisite floral arrangements. It made me feel right at home. the easy accessibility of the hotel for us seniors was a lifesaver, with spacious corridors and plenty of seating areas to rest our weary legs in between exploring the city.

I wish the children working there could offer more handrails and assistance for seniors navigating the slippery bathroom floors.

Excellent Location but Room Quality Needs Improvement

The Park Inn By Radisson Cardiff City Centre's location right across from Cardiff Arena was incredibly convenient for my visit, as I enjoyed the show immensely. the lady receptionist was very helpful and chatty, adding a personal touch to the stay. the room was comfortable and stylish, and the hotel's central position made exploring landmarks like Cardiff Castle and the National Museum easy. the relaxation facilities were a welcome respite, enhancing family enjoyment during our stay.

Always return for my romantic escapes. Staff here shared helpful local info on my first visit. It has all I need – Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, bar, welcome drink. Plus, elevator, express check-in, children's menu, wheelchair access. Just perfect for me.
