What an absoluteley underwhelming experience! The heater was switched off, leaving the room frigid, and the mildew behind the soap dispenser? Charming. I expected an upgraded room after these inconveniences, but I guess special treatment is for other guests. Almost gave a decent review, but who wants to freeze in a hotel?

Clean and spacious rooms with a huge bed, great location near the arena and shopping center. Loved the sociable reception space!

Lovely hotel right by the arena. Clean and comfy room with a deep mattress, and I appreciated the late check-out at noon. Great choice of shops and bars nearby, making it a fun spot to stay.

The parking is a bit like a treasure hunt—beware the £20 fee for a spot the size of a shoebox! It's a bit much when you just want to park and relax.

addressing my needs, especially when I asked for extra tea and coffee supplies in my room. While the location was convenient, I did notice the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times. Overall, a decent experience with a few areas for improvement.

The location was great, centrally located for exploring the area. I enjoyed breakfast, especially the Welsh classics, but found the food choices somewhat limited. I had a minor issue with the temperature in my room, even after reporting it, but it wasn't enough to ruin my stay. I appreciated the access to public transportation nearby, which made getting around easy. As I’m from Italy, I value a good coffee, and that was consistent during my visit.

The room was big but the lack of AC was annoying, they had a fan though that kept it kinda cool. I had a nice chat with the staff at breakfast, really friendly folks!

the convenient location was perfect for attending events. plus, the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, including made-to-order eggs. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodated dietary needs thoughtfully. the ambiance in the lounge area was lovely.
