The hotel had a beautiful interior and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. Despite requesting fresh towels multiple times, they were never delivered to my room. Additionally, the rooms could have used some refurbishment, as the wallpaper was peeling and the carpets were worn out.

I had a fantastic stay at Omni. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious and modern, and the food and drinks were delicious. The courtesy bus was a great bonus for getting around. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Galleria and downtown and across from Birdie's restaurant. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and good service with a variety of fresh breakfast options. Guests can also enjoy the nice pool and gym. In addition, the conference rooms and ballroom are ideal for business meetings.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a great variety of amenities, including a restaurant, whiskey lounge, and a little night club. The shuttle service was convenient, and the hotel was located in a central area with plenty of shopping and dining options.

We felt happy with our stay and had no reason to complain.

Spent New Year's Eve at a beautiful hotel with great complementary wine and chocolate. Located in a peaceful and quiet area with a relaxing view, perfect to start the year off. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable!

There were some negatives. The service at the restaurant was very slow and the food was not up to par. In addition, the pool area was too crowded and loud with many children running around, making it hard to relax.
