The hotel is conveniently located in a shady area by the arena, close to the center. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The breakfast in the spotless restaurant was delicious and varied, offering a good start to the day.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s in the city centre and close to train stations, making it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, they upgraded my room at the last minute which was fantastic. There are plenty of amenities available within the hotel, such as room service, laundry and dry cleaning. The room itself was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition to my stay, with a variety of treatments available and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

The staff here could definitely benefit from better customer service skills and being more welcoming. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially since they accommodated my request for a low floor without hesitation.

I recently stayed at Park Inn and it was a fantastic experience! We were in town for a concert at the nearby arena and couldn't believe how close the hotel was. The room was lovely and we enjoyed ordering food to the room, which was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and we loved the unique touch of the headboard lighting up in the room. a great hotel experience!

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location, friendly staff, and the complimentary dessert plate and drinks for my friend's birthday. The hotel had excellent leisure facilities including a pool, sauna, and a restaurant with delicious food.

We appreciated the festive decorations and complimentary Chistmas crackers on the dinner table. the hotel’s proximity to the shopping district and lively nightlife was a definite plus. the free Wi-Fi was reliable and faster than expected.

We had to ask about breakfast times, checkout time, and even the pool and spa facilities. Our room didn't have enough toiletries or amenities.
