The Prom Hotel in Great Yarmouth was a fantastic place to stay. The furnishing was superb, with spacious rooms and efficient air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the cinema and pier. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a free upgrade to a larger sea view room with a balcony. The room itself was impeccable, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great variety of options and excellent service. a delightful experience.

The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the economy room we had. The location couldn't have been better, right in the town centre and across from the pier. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly bar staff, everyone we encountered was exceptional. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the pier and within convenient walking distance to many attractions. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or inquiries. The breakfast options were good with a decent variety of choices to suit different tastes.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The condition of the rooms left much to be desired, with peeling walls and a shower covered in lime scale.

I loved the welcoming and helpful staff at Prom Hotel. They made me feel right at home. The restaurant offered perfect food at reasonable prices. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy for me to get a good night's sleep. The bath and showers were also great. The location was perfect and the hotel provided great value for money. I also appreciated the effort they made to create a video of the rooms before my arrival, which my kids loved.

I felt completely secure during my stay and had no complaints.
