my recent stay at a newly decorated hotel in Portsmouth exceeded my expectations. The modern style and cleanliness impressed me, and the convenient location near the seaside and shops was perfect. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was quiet with stunning ocean views. The breakfast was delicious and worth trying.

Stayed at Q8 Boutique for a weekend getaway with our toddler. The room was spacious with a super king-sized bed for us and a single low-level bed for our little one. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to the bustling Palmerston Rd. Staff were friendly, providing on street parking permits and vouchers for breakfast nearby. The view from the room was lovely and the hotel was clean with good amenities.

Just spent my New Year's Eve at this nice hotel and had a great time. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. As a bonus, the staff were really helpful with parking, allowing us to park in a staff area.

There were a few minor issues such as the heaters not working and there being no mini bar or place to get a glass of wine. there was no one available at the front desk for check-out which made it a bit of a hassle.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right by a lovely park and just a short stroll to the beach. The rooms are clean and functional, with a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast option in a nearby cafe is excellent and offers great value for money.

The TV only worked on one channel and the water temperature in the shower was either very hot or scalding.

Plenty of parking and free parking permit provided. Great taxi service. Close to seafront and various dining options.

On-street parking is plentiful, and the hotel is situated in a lovely area.

There was a slight issue with the TV reception, requiring constant adjustment of the aerial connection.

The attention to detail was impressive, from the carpeted floors to the free toiletries provided. it was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
