My pinky toe was injured during the stay and the staff went above and beyond to provide me with first aid. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was well equipped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The noise from outside can be a bit disruptive, especially in the early morning hours.

The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, central to all tourist attractions and a short walk from tube stations. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of delicious options. The helpful staff provided a great service throughout our stay.

The curtains didn't fit the windows well, letting in too much light and the bed was quite hard, with a small mattress topper provided.

The hotel's location in the theater district is absolutely perfect for us. We were able to easily walk to all the shows and attractions we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded us to a small suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the London skyline. The coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay.

There was a slight issue with the room assignment at check-in, but it was quickly resolved by the staff.

We had an excellent city break, with a peaceful and comfortable stay at a well-located hotel. The staff were helpful and pleasant, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast, although not the largest selection, was of good quality and served with attentive service. we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a great surprise and added to our overall experience.

There were a few minor issues. The shower in the room was small and located over the bath, which is a common layout in many British hotels.

Had a great New Year's stay with my family in a hotel that is conveniently located near all the major attractions. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room service was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary chocolates and fresh flowers on our arrival. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and we were truly spoilt for choice.

We were disappointed that the menu was not kid-friendly and the options were limited. We had to look for alternative dining options outside.
