The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of top restaurants and pubs in the city centre. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to tourist spots.

The restaurant had freezing cold air conditioning, which made us and several other guests ask to move tables. We were also told the restaurant was fully booked, even though there were empty tables until we left.

As young people, we loved the spacious rooms with massive beds and modern furnishings. The full Sky package on the massive television was a bonus. The hotel had great amenities like a gym and a Starbucks. The location was ideal and there was a convenient bus service to the nearby Braehead events. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh choices. the hotel provided everything we needed and more.

The room had a great view and the check-in process was easy. the inclusion of pool facilities was a nice bonus.

The room was basic and lacked toiletries and a mini fridge. cleanliness was an issue with stains on the carpets and pillowcases, hairs on the toilet, and dust on the shelves.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for The Hydro and SECC. The staff were helpful and offered a discounted breakfast. I would stay here again.

Stayed in a comfortable room with cozy beds and fluffy towels. The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the scenic location and the amazing Christmas trees throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was in the perfect location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the nearby concerts, restaurants, and pubs. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service. Speaking of the rooms, they were incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We also loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, with soft towels and nice smelling toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast staff were particularly cheerful and always willing to assist. The hotel even surprised us with balloons in our room and a free drinks voucher for my husband's birthday. The bar/lounge area was great, allowing us to watch the football while enjoying a drink. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a show at the nearby Hydro. The free parking was also a great bonus.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and loved it. the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were surprised to receive complementary glasses of champagne as we checked in for the celebration. the location was perfect, close to the event we were attending and easy to get to. the room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities.

The air conditioning system, which didn't work very well and made the room too hot. We had to keep the window closed as it was too cold outside to open it.
