stayed at a brilliant hotel in Southhampton with amazing service and facilities, including the best spa I've ever been to. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was phenomenal. The views of the docks were stunning!

soundproofing could be better

The complimentary breakfast and parking were a nice touch. the hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city. One of the best aspects was the stunning view from our room.

The service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, and we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our afternoon tea.

Located in the lively Ocean Village marina, this hotel offers fantastic views from the Jetty restaurant and the Harbar on the sixth floor. It is conveniently situated near the ferry terminals and is just a short walk away from Harbour 6. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with comfortable beds and quality sheets. The hotel also provides complimentary Gin and Sherry in the rooms, adding a nice touch to the stay.

Some guests mentioned that the pool in the Spa was small and the water was cold during their visit, causing discomfort.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and attention to detail at the hotel. The location by the marina was lovely, and being close to shopping facilities was convenient. The deluxe double room was spacious and the large, comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. Despite our short stay, we were able to appreciate the well-stocked mini bar and the snacks like chocolates and crisps. The staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on. the beauty treatments and massages were top-notch and the spa lounge had a wonderful atmosphere. the bar/lounge area served complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a really nice touch. the location advantages were also great, with a beautiful view of the harbour.

The only minor issue I had was with the in-room breakfast. While the food was good, there weren't many options for those who wanted a continental breakfast.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the attentive staff and their warm welcome. The rooms were luxurious and filled with little perks. Special shout out to Romona from the HarSPA cleaning team, who was friendly and diligent. The restaurant team surprised me with a free dessert to celebrate my good news. The receptionist also gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne due to a small misunderstanding. This hotel will not disappoint!

The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and complimentary gin and sherry. a fantastic place to stay.

One small disappointment is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, as we were able to hear the television next door in the morning.
