had such a fabulous stay at a super central hotel in London. The staff were so attentive and the decor was stylish. Our room was quiet and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The dressing area was perfect for two people. Location couldn't be better!

The room design was stunning and had all the modern amenities we needed. the location was also great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.

The hotel was extremely expensive and we were not informed about the pre-authorization of our credit card. It was quite frustrating to have such a large amount tied up during our stay.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience. The staff at reception were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious and clean room with a stunning city view. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to cafes, shops, and theaters. There was even a lovely terrace attached for relaxing with a coffee or meal. The best aspects were the welcoming staff, convenient location to theaters, clean and spacious room, and the great terrace.
