We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel, located just next to the rail station. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were everything we needed for a weekend away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ronaldo and the incredibly kind lady in a turban whose name we didn't catch. They even upgraded us when there was a fault in our room. The location was perfect, being not far from the city center and right on the rail line, making it easy to explore. this hotel offered great value for money and a comfortable stay.

The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The manager, Justyna, was an absolute angel and even offered to send our forgotten laptop to us via courier. We were also impressed that they honored our check-in and check-out times, allowing us to relax and not feel rushed. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to self-cater during our stay. The location, right next to the train station, made it convenient for us to travel into central London easily. StayCity Apartments is now our favorite place to stay in London for both work and leisure.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the air conditioning and the reliable shower temperature. The TV had so many channels to choose from, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
