The luxurious free-standing bath tub in the bedroom, adorned with a papier-mâché badger head, was a delightful surprise. The bed was incredibly soft and the towels and bathrobes provided were of high quality. Sarah, our friendly and welcoming host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided a list of local restaurants, making dinner reservations on our behalf. The breakfast options for vegans were impressive and delicious, with homemade granola being a definite highlight. The breathtaking view from our room was the cherry on top of a truly wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely old-fashioned property run by a delightful new couple. the four-poster room was huge and the bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE ever, like sleeping in a giant meringue. the view from the bath and bed was spectacular. the house was beautifully furnished and the artwork was very interesting. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Aysgarth Falls. Sarah and Phil, the hosts, were wonderful and very welcoming. the breakfasts were first class and delicious.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing views from our top floor room and the beautiful roll top bath in the fantastic and comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the nearby attractions such as Aysgarth Falls, West Burton, and the towns of Leyburn, Richmond, and Hawes offered great walks and experiences. The Wensleydale Creamery was a treat for cheese lovers. We would definitely come back!

Sarah and Phil, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even had the pleasure of taking our dog with us, who thoroughly enjoyed running around in the garden and playing with Sarah and Phil's dog Stan and the other visiting dogs. It was a truly amazing experience and we can't wait to come back.
