The road outside the hotel was being resurfaced overnight, causing noise and inconvenience during the stay.

Our recent stay at Sutherland House was delightful. We stayed for three nights, and from the warm welcome to the fast check-in, everything was fantastic. The bed and bedroom were excellent, and the tea and coffee making facilities included real coffee. The breakfast variety was great, and the service was quick and efficient. The hotel's location was amazing, with easy access to the metro and other attractions. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. I also enjoyed a great pub called The Farrier Inn, which was only a 5-minute walk from the B&B. it was a pleasant weekend getaway and I would recommend Sutherland House Bed & Breakfast to others.

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, as it was just a short walk to the beach and shops. Another advantage was the free parking, which was a big plus.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. The parking area was unmarked, making it a bit tricky to find a space.

The private facilities were exceptional and the room advantages surpassed our highest expectations. Special diet menus were also available for our enjoyment. The leisure/TV room was a great place to relax, and the sun terrace provided us with stunning views. The outstanding service we received made us feel like royalty. The location was also perfect for exploring the area.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Aqua park, which could have been more impressive considering the extravagance of this hotel. However, this was insignificant and did not affect our stay in any way.
