The rooms were well furnished and had a modern feel. the shower was also very modern and had great water pressure. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for our Christmas plans.

The receptionist was not knowledgeable about the hotel's check-in process and facilities, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, the room key kept demagnetizing, requiring multiple trips to reception to get it recoded.

The room had nice little details like real water glasses and wine glasses, as well as a small fan and ironing board. the staff was very helpful and polite. the breakfast was great.

The value for money at Bull was amazing, especially considering the size of the bed and how clean the room and bathroom were. The staff treated us like royalty, always greeting us by name and attending to our needs promptly. The location was great, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a more varied menu for breakfast.

I had a great stay! the free upgrade to a superior room was a pleasant surprise. the bed was super comfy and I had a great night's sleep. the gardens were beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.

There were a couple of downsides. the first room I was given was quite noisy due to its proximity to the restaurant staircase.

Convenient location for LEGOLAND and Heathrow airport. Ample parking available. Reception and breakfast staff were helpful and professional. Comfortable and spacious room for myself and my kids. Loved the view of the garden.
