The noise from the function room below can be a disturbance, especially during weekends when there are weddings or parties.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Worthing. The room was very comfortable and spacious, although the view was a bit restricted. The hotel was located right on the seafront, with regular buses to Brighton and a short walk to the pier and shops. The staff was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the evening meals were also very good. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was well-maintained and the staff were very helpful.
