I recently stayed at The Crown in the lovely Yorkshire Dales. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The restaurant served exceptional, home-cooked meals with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with TVs and tea/coffee facilities. Lynne and Matt, the owners, were always available and provided helpful information about the area.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. We can't wait to come back and experience more of what this place has to offer!

Recently renovated rooms. Fresh milk in flask and daily bottled water. Well-cooked breakfast with good choice. Excellent staff welcome. Fantastic food with varied menu including local produce. Large portions served. Super clean and comfy family room. Complimentary water and fresh milk. Highly recommend. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Exceptional food and ambience. Slept well, comfy bed. Breakfast as good as dinner. Highly recommended.

The staff is attentive and friendly, offering great customer service. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and plenty of coffee and tea in their rooms. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including poached eggs on toast. The lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. the hotel provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The lunch and dinner menu could have more options for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan meals.

Had a fantastic Easter break in a charming and picturesque village. Loved the warm welcome and spotless room. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked breakfast. Great ales and a positive atmosphere in the pub. Would definitely stay again!

The noise levels were quite high due to the room's proximity to the bar. , the odd smell in the room was a bit off-putting.

Had an enjoyable weekend stay recently. The room was excellent, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that they provided local produce for breakfast, it was fabulous. The location was ideal, walking distance from the town center and event venue.

I ordered food, and it was a bit disappointing. The chips were slightly undercooked and greasy, but it was still edible.

Great experience! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the pub was great. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice and high quality. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who gave us good directions to a football match in Leeds.
