Located right in the centre of the village, The George Inn is a comfortable place to stay with good evening meals. The rooms are clean, spacious, and provide a great view of the courtyard. The friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere in the bar downstairs, and the meal options are delectable. There is also an eatery attached to the hotel via an outside staircase, providing easy access to delicious food for guests. With a warm welcome and excellent service, The George Inn is a wonderful choice for a stay in this charming village.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well decorated, with a nice size and airy feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was also very nice, nicer than my own at home! The hotel facilities were great, with a good selection of soaps and plenty of them. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of this hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of a charming village.

This place is a hidden gem in a charming village. We loved the separate annexe rooms which still felt part of the pub. The location was superb, with an outside staircase leading to a nearby eatery. The service was excellent, with attentive housekeeping and a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy carpeted floor. The garden furniture was perfect for relaxing, and the free toiletries and electric kettle added extra comfort to our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site car park and the availability of picnic areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place to others.

The inn had very friendly staff and the setting was gorgeous. the location was perfect and easy access to public transportation and the main road. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. It was also nice to have the option for fresh milk for our tea and coffee.

The noise level was quite high at night, particularly with the rooms located over the kitchen and the sound of dishes and doors banging until late at night. breakfast was not included, and there were limited options for nearby breakfast locations, particularly on Sundays.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in the area. Another advantage was the friendly and welcoming staff.

there was a lack of basic amenities like toilet paper, even after requesting it multiple times. the pub had loud rap music playing, which made it difficult to enjoy our lunch and drinks.

Unspoilt English inn with helpful staff. Large, comfortable room with seating area. Good location. Friendly staff provided potted history and info about the area. Excellent shower room. Fresh milk for tea & coffee offered. Nearby pub serves breakfast.
