The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was situated in a vibrant area with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. We also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, which made us feel right at home. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

One aspect that we disliked was the slow check-in and check-out process. It took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff at Ascott Makati were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang me a birthday song! The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend Ascott Makati for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the facilities at this hotel! the room was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our romantic escape. the full kitchen was a huge plus, as we were able to prepare our own meals and enjoy them together. the hotel's location was also perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. It was great to be able to explore the area and have so many options just a stone's throw away.
