One aspect that we disliked was the slow check-in and check-out process. It took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was close to everything I needed and right in between two malls. I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, tennis court, and basketball court. The buffet breakfast was also super tasty, with lots of variety to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any problems I had. The location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the shopping district and connected to numerous malls like Glorietta 4, SM mall, Landmark mall, and Greenbelt malls. Everything I needed, including a grocery store, was close by. this hotel was clean, convenient, and had excellent amenities.

Loved the Caesar Salad and tangy dressing, Congee, fruits and exceptional service at the restaurant. Gorgeous bed, clean washroom, excellent toiletries. a notable place to stay.

The staff at Ascott Makati were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang me a birthday song! The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend Ascott Makati for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the facilities at this hotel! the room was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our romantic escape. the full kitchen was a huge plus, as we were able to prepare our own meals and enjoy them together. the hotel's location was also perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. It was great to be able to explore the area and have so many options just a stone's throw away.

The Caesar Salad with tangy dressing, Congee, and fresh fruits, particularly the mangoes, were delicious. The exceptional service at the restaurant made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The well-stocked kitchenette allowed us to cook our meals, and the large space made it enjoyable for our kids to play.

Although the view from the room was mainly of neighboring buildings, I discovered that heading up to the 6th floor provided a stunning cityscape view. the hotel's location was perfect, as there was a mall conveniently located downstairs, and several other malls within walking distance. the breakfast at the hotel was a complete buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, with great attitudes and excellent communication skills. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the room service was top-notch.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the convenient location right in the heart of the bustling shopping district. It was so easy to find great places to eat, shop, and explore. Additionally, the hotel offered fantastic amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. These facilities provided a great opportunity to work out, unwind, and truly enjoy my vacation.

There were a few negative aspects that dampened my experience at this hotel. the furniture in the rooms seemed quite old and in need of replacement.
