We had an incredible stay at this hip, modern hotel on Main Street. The location couldn't be better, with excellent restaurants all around. The staff, including the lovely lady at breakfast, were informative and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the overall experience made us feel right at home. We will definitely make this our go-to place whenever we visit the city. Plus, the hotel offers scooter and bike rentals, making it easy to explore Memphis.

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The highlight of our trip was definitely the delicious food at the hotel. Special thanks to the breakfast server on July 27th and 29th, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience pleasant. The staff, overall, was exceptional and made us feel right at home. The valet attendant was particularly sweet and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a few steps from the river and a short walk to Beale Street and other tourist areas. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was okay, but what really stood out was the unusually good coffee on the first two mornings. The view of the city from my room was amazing, and I really liked the quirky and modern design of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff at Moxy were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable. the rooms were clean and felt like home, with comfortable beds. the location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. the trolley system right outside the hotel was convenient for exploring other areas of the city. I have no complaints at all about this hotel and would highly recommend it!

I loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay very smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, which made me feel right at home. The view from my window was stunning!

Although there wasn't breakfast included, this was not an issue for me as there were plenty of cafes nearby. I would recommend this hotel to my family for their next stay.

During my stay at Moxy Memphis Downtown, I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed, with lovely decor. I particularly enjoyed the free pinball and games in the lobby, as well as the fresh brewed coffee available in the morning. The guests at the hotel were also friendly, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as the clustered property with other hotels causing traffic during check-in and valet-only parking, these did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at Moxy Memphis Downtown.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to recommending local attractions. They even upgraded our room when our original one wasn't available. the breakfast had a good selection, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Plus, the hotel had a cool vibe and a pantry with snacks and drinks for guests.

I did have a few not-so-great experiences with some of the staff. One of them seemed more interested in socializing with their friends than serving guests.
