The breakfast served in the lovely cafe downstairs is delicious, especially the perfectly poached eggs. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better.

had a fabulous stay at a trendy B&B in hawkshead. staff were lovely, room was clean with trendy design. breakfast had so much choice. great location in the centre. self check-in with room codes was a breeze. would definitely stay again. bed was super comfy! exceeded my expectations this time!

I especially loved the coffee machine, which allowed me to enjoy a proper coffee in the morning. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us early entry to our room. The location of the hotel was brilliant, situated in the center of the village and providing easy access to nearby attractions such as Coniston and Ambleside. The cleanliness of the room was also impeccable, with all necessary amenities provided.

We had a great stay at the Hive At Poppi-Red Bed & Breakfast. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied. We especially loved the coffee machine and the selection of beauty products in the room.

That the room name we were given did not match upon arrival. Also, the upstairs area where the bed was located was quite hot, even with the fans provided.
