We absolutely loved our stay at this charming little inn! The hospitality of the staff was top-notch, making us feel like honored guests from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning, more like a luxurious apartment than just a room. The traditional decor and modern amenities, such as the automatic toilet and separate bathroom with a TV, were beyond our expectations. Plus, the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were absolutely epic! We just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it all.

Spent New Year's Eve at a traditional Japanese inn and it was unforgettable! the room was large with a comfortable futon and the food was amazing - loved the kaiseki dinner! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the local market and subway. the staff were incredibly friendly and even taught me some new words in Japanese! the hot bath area was clean and relaxing, just what I needed after a long day of exploring.

The walls were very thin and I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the beds not being very comfortable and the outdated furniture, overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience top-quality Japanese tradition.
