The location of the hotel is amazing, perfect for families. The staff, especially Reuben and Jeremy, provided exceptional customer service. Reuben upgraded us to a family room and gave us complimentary breakfast, making our stay enjoyable. Jeremy, the concierge, went above and beyond to help fix the buttons on my tuxedo before an important Gala dinner. The thoughtful and helpful actions of the staff made our stay memorable.
