The bathrooms are a disaster!!! Cheap exterior roller doors provide no privacy, the toilets slam loudly, and there's nowhere to hang towels!!! Plus, thin walls means you hear everything!!! Clean this place up!!!

Modern hotel, friendly staff, offering a fantastic breakfast with diverse options like pupusas and granola, while also providing quick access to nearby restaurants and shops, making it ideal for exploration.

The elevators could use maintenance!!! The pool was disgustingly dirty!!! Inadequate towel rack in the bathroom!!! The air conditioning was annoyingly loud!!! The room design felt cramped and strange!!! Upgrade those cheap bathroom doors for privacy!!!

My stay at the Holiday Inn San Salvador was like finding a five-dollar bill in your coat pocket—unexpected and delightful! Everything felt clean and fresh, from the impeccably maintained rooms to the flawless air conditioning that kept things cool, much like an ice cream truck on a hot summer day. Breakfast was a feast! I was spoiled for choice with options so abundant, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff greeted me like a long-lost friend, and I even enjoyed a fantastic view of the volcano from my room—talk about a volcanic wake-up call! And don’t get me started on the security! Multiple guards were on duty, giving me a sense of safety that felt better than hiding under my blanket during a scary movie!

this place was pretty nice! the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome. breakfast had lots of options, like seriously, so much food to choose from! the location is super close to good restaurants, and even a mall across the street. comfy beds made my sleep really nice, can't complain about that.

the wifi was a bit spotty at times and my room view was not great – just some junkyard.
