It is on a bus route with frequent buses, making it easy to access the city center and its attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent showers and comfortable beds. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is tasty and well-prepared. Guests also appreciate the hotel's willingness to hold luggage after check-out.

Some minor maintenance issues were reported, such as curtains hanging off the rail and a toilet seat that didn't fit properly.

My partner and I stayed at Salisbury for a week for a sightseeing trip. The location suited us perfectly, with Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat nearby. The room was lovely, with a delightful garden view and a comfy bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shower was great, once they fixed a minor flooding issue caused by a drainage problem. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, and the free parking available nearby. a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed.

The complementary shampoo and shower gel was generous, very convenient for a city break! the location was also great, just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants and the main attractions. the bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby.

The room did feel a bit cramped and could have been cleaner. the bathroom was a bit outdated and could have benefited from a deep clean.

The room I was assigned to was enormous and beautifully decorated with a stunning ensuite bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist me with any queries or requests. The breakfast offered was delicious, providing a perfect start to the day.

The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, and the food was delicious.
