The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. I also loved the fact that there were drinks in the fridge, such a thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel was really convenient, with great views and surroundings. It was the perfect place for a quick stopover during my business trip.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of minor downsides. The attic room where I stayed felt a bit cramped due to the restricted headroom, so taller guests might find it uncomfortable.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, giving us a wonderful sense of calm and tranquility. the hosts, Phil and Maria, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our suite and the comfortable bed, which provided us with a restful night's sleep.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the house, which was quite overwhelming. although breakfast was served in our room, the choice of cereal in an unsealed canister was not ideal.

We had a fabulous overnight stay at Spinney Home Stay. Phil and Maria, the hosts, were super friendly and helpful. The suite was well-thought-out and had a very comfortable bed. The room was also very well maintained and clean. We appreciated the provisions provided, such as tea, coffee, water, orange juice, fresh milk. The fridge and microwave in the room were also convenient. The location was peaceful, with beautiful views of the lake and open fields. We can't wait to return!

I felt right at home from the moment I stepped foot into the property. The warm welcome from Maria made me feel instantly comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the view from my room overlooking the pond - it was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. The location of the property was also ideal for my visit to Your Horse Live in nearby Stoneleigh. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.
