We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the centre of Market Harborough. The room was big, comfortable, and well-finished, with nice touches like good coffee and chocolates. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice restaurant with excellent food at a good price. The staff were faultless, providing friendly service throughout our stay. Additionally, the free parking was a convenient feature, especially in this city center location.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town center with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was spread over several buildings, and we found the parking to be ample and convenient. The room we stayed in was of great quality, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained, and we enjoyed the good quality TV with Sky Sports channels. The buffet style breakfast offered in the upstairs restaurant was delicious and provided a wide variety of options. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the added touch of being issued a parking permit upon arrival. All in all, we had a great value stay and would highly recommend Three Swans Hotel to others.

I had a very warm welcome from the receptionist, Sajid, who made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including complimentary toiletries and a variety of drinks. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the town. I especially loved the delicious food and excellent arrangements for the celebration I attended. I had a great stay at this hotel.

The constant noise at night from a karaoke singer was a bit bothersome, but luckily, the provided ear plugs solved that problem. Additionally, the creaking floor in my room made me self-conscious about the noise it made, especially late at night.

The room was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning, and the heavy winter duvets made it difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the room was below par, with dust, grime, and sticky fingerprints on various surfaces.

The church bells kept ringing throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. the pillows were somewhat low quality, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
