well, the atmosphere of the hotel is nice, but the breakfast was poor—seriously, making my own toast? I couldn’t believe that. and don’t even get me started on the restaurant service, who leaves you waiting 30 minutes? i expected a welcome gift or at least an upgrade after this mess, but alas, i guess i’m just a regular. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I woke up to stunning views of Tower Bridge lighting up the morning. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day right.

However, I struggled with an unresponsive air conditioning system, which left the room uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping missed restocking essentials, leaving dirty coffee cups behind.

The room was spacious and had this amazing view of Tower Bridge that I just couldn't get enough of! i loved the view of tower bridge from my room, it was super stunning at night with all the lights. the staff were really friendly and helped me check in fast. the location is great, right next to tower of london and a boat dock for central london. breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. plus, the room was comfy and had a nice vibe.

only thing was that the air conditioning was acting up and it got kinda hot. also, the restaurant service was pretty slow and food was just okay.

However, the experience was marred by a poorly maintained room. one light was out, the window was stuck shut, and the TV remote was nonfunctional despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Breakfast was decent, offering variety, but with crowding issues. While the hotel has potential due to its prime location and clean common areas, maintenance and service response need improvement.
