I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The twin room was very spacious and had an amazing view of Tower Bridge. The room was also very clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The price was great value for what I received, and the beds were really comfortable. The room even had a massive TV, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location next to the river was perfect as we could easily walk to the Tower Millennium pier and take the Clipper right on the river. The view of the lit up tower bridge was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, and the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing location right next to a famous landmark and close to public transportation. Breakfast was delicious and always well-stocked. the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful with any requests we had.

Some issues with the reception staff, as they were not attentive and the check-in process was slow. the hotel could use a renovation throughout and some of the facilities were outdated.

I stayed at a hotel near the Tower Bridge with excellent views of the river and easy access to the Clipper at the Millennium Pier. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, including the tower bridge. The room had a comfortable bed and excellent customer service.

The air conditioner and exhaust fans in the bathroom didn't work well.

Lack of food options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the iconic Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially at night when the bridge was lit up. We also loved the fact that we were just a short walk away from the Tower Millennium pier, where we could easily catch the Clipper and explore the city by the river.
