I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The Junior suite walk-out rooms were fantastic, with their own beach beds. The location was perfect, close to 5th Avenue with tons of shopping, bars, and restaurants nearby. I also loved that the hotel was away from the ferry dock, ensuring a peaceful stay.

I recently stayed at an amazing adults-only all-inclusive hotel for my vacation in Mexico. The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city and offered stunning seafront views from my spacious room with a balcony. The food options were incredible, with a wide variety available at the all-day buffet and four delicious dinner options. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from a warm and friendly welcome at check-in to accommodating questions and conversations throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had excellent sanitation measures in place, including temperature checks, shoe sanitation, and plentiful hand sanitizer stations. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the shopping and attractions. And the staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful.

There were a couple of downsides. the pool area was not accessible for handicapped individuals, which made it difficult for some guests to enjoy.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with walls being bleached every other day to prevent mold. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including two pools and a swim-up bar. The location was perfect, as it was just a minute's walk away from the main strip with plenty of clubs, restaurants, and gift shops. The friendly staff made my stay even better, always ready to assist and make sure I had a great time.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive from the Cancun airport. The hotel had direct beach access, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the 24-hour room service was a great bonus. The hotel also had excellent amenities such as a rooftop pool, spa and wellness center, and even a game room. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the poolside snack bar. The staff provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. this hotel exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it to friends.

All was perfect.

We had a totally relaxing holiday at Alltra. Our junior suite with a beach bed was amazing, and we loved being able to use the facilities at the sister resort. The location is great, so close to shopping and tons of restaurants. we would definitely recommend this resort.

The beds were firm and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The security staff made us feel safe. The scuba excursions were professional and well-equipped. The location was perfect and there were plenty of food and drink options available.

I booked this hotel for its central location in Playa del Carmen and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the all-inclusive experience. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view and a balcony. The all-day buffet restaurant was convenient and the a la carte Mexican restaurant was a highlight. The coffee bar in the lobby was a nice touch. The service from the staff was outstanding, accommodating every request and providing the best service I have ever experienced in Mexico.

The hotel's location is great for those who want to be near shopping malls and everything outside the resort. One reviewer particularly enjoyed the restaurants and the coffee place inside. The rooms are spacious, have comfortable beds, and a well-stocked minibar. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food options to choose from.

One negative aspect to consider is that the beach is very narrow and not well-maintained, with lots of seaweed and bags of sand floating around.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in massages and beauty treatments. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers and a jacuzzi to relax in. The entertainment provided was top-notch, with live shows and beachfront activities. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.
