I recently spent a delightful weekend at this hotel in Tynemouth. Situated near captivating views of the harbour, it was a fantastic experience. the house was modern and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. the self-catering breakfast options were convenient, and the accommodating host made me feel right at home. the location was ideal, allowing for easy access to various attractions such as Watch House Museum and King Edward's Bay. the value for money was exceptional, and having the entire house to myself felt like a luxurious treat.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, some minor improvements could enhance the overall experience. the soundproofing in the rooms could be better to ensure a quieter night's sleep.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially compared to other places I've stayed in the region. The room I had was upgraded for free to one with a double balcony and a great sea view. The owner, Graham, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location on the headland above the harbor was outstanding, with a pleasant walk into town.

Food for breakfast could have been better by offering more variety or options.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of the hotel, especially the elegant furnishings in the communal areas. It felt like stepping back in time to a more genteel era. the easy accessibility of the hotel, with no stairs to climb and spacious corridors, made it perfect for senior guests like myself to move around comfortably.

I would wish for more assistance from the young staff members to cater to the specific needs of senior visitors.

Stayed at a stunning property with amazing sea views. The host made our stay perfect by upgrading our room and being super friendly. Close to all the fun stuff Tynemouth has to offer and a 10-minute walk to the local metro station. The coast is right on your doorstep and we even saw dolphins from our bedroom window. A truly magical experience.

I recently stayed at a charming hidden stone B&B with breathtaking views of the Tyne mouth and the North Sea. The location was excellent, providing stunning views from the patio of the nearby abbey and castle. The host, Graham, was absolutely lovely, attentive, and easy-going. Our room had a lovely little balcony and beautiful decor, and the highlight was definitely the amazing free-standing iron bathtub. The breakfast selection was extensive, with croissants, fruits, cheeses, and more. Graham even went out of his way to bring in filter coffee just for me. I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely be returning.
