Exceptional customer service from the friendly front desk staff. Ari'z, the new attached bar and restaurant, was a fantastic addition with a spectacular atmosphere and food.

Convenient pet-friendly accommodations with helpful staff and a cozy kitchen make for a comfortable stay. The separate living area with cable options is nice, plus the AC has a constant fan option. The beds are great and the parking is handy.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Waterloo and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, as it was close to downtown and right off the street. We were able to explore the nearby riverfront and enjoy the convenience of being very close to Young Arena. The room was comfortable and clean, with solid surface floors that felt cleaner and were easier on allergies. The service was exceptional, with a helpful and hardworking staff. The breakfast was modest but satisfying, and the hotel had a nice game room, pool, and gym.
