The new rooms and furnishings at Thomas Ingoldsby were top-notch, providing a comfortable and spacious stay. The temperature control was perfect and the bathroom was spacious. I also loved the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar, which always had delicious food and cheap beer. Being just steps away from Canterbury Cathedral was a bonus.

Although my overall experience was great, I did experience some noise from bar patrons outside the entrance at night. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient as there were no parking facilities at the hotel.
