This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the high quality toiletries in the rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. The location is perfect, being very near to the town centre, close to pubs and restaurants, and just a short drive to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. The rooms are well equipped, with a very comfy bed and a beautiful view. The highlight for me was the breakfast, with superb poached eggs that were cooked to perfection.

The twin room we stayed in was not only comfortable but exceeded our expectations. The owners Trudy and David were warm and welcoming, providing us with great advice on places to visit in the area. Their recommendation led us to enjoy a delicious lunch in Lyme Regis. The breakfast they served was one of the best full English breakfasts we have ever had. We would definitely book again without hesitation as a base to explore the Jurassic Coast.
