The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable with lovely crisp white sheets. the breakfast served was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, with convenient parking available. the staff, Kevin and Jerome, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the extra treats of sweets and bottled water in our room were a nice touch.

Although the bedroom was a bit small, it wasn't a major issue as we had booked a standard double room. the parking situation could be a bit problematic at times, with the need to move cars around if the hotel was full.

The room at Willow Dene was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing us with a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The extra touches, like the sweets on the bed, made us feel right at home. The hosts were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation. The spacious and beautifully decorated room was beyond our expectations, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. They even added little extras, like teddies for the bunk beds and sweets for each guest, which made the stay extra special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the seafront and town. this place offered excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Scarborough for a few days. The price was great, the place was clean and tidy, and the ensuite and tea making facilities were a nice addition. The location was perfect for my needs, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a room with more than one pillow of good quality. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were accommodating with my request for an earlier breakfast. a brilliant stay with a homey atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at Willow Dene! the room was huge, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the towels were fluffy and pure white, and the ensuite was spotless with extra shower cream provided. the owners and their dog Rufus were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had books and toys for our children to enjoy. the location was perfect, with attractions like Peasholm Park, the Open Air theatre, and the North Bay railway within walking distance. We felt safe and well taken care of during our stay, thanks to their excellent hygiene procedures. Highly recommended!
