I recently stayed at a wonderful place in Preston, and I was thoroughly impressed with everything at Winckley Square Residences. The host went above and beyond to make our stay romantic, even with just 12 hours notice. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with high-end furniture. The bath was a perfect size for relaxing, and the bedroom had a large TV for unwinding. The location was ideal, being walking distance from the town center and overlooking a lovely park. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities provided were great. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the main town center with its restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table, making it convenient for meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, with thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here. A big thanks to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable.

Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located near the Town Centre, making it easily accessible by foot or by car. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Had a great New Year's stay in a modern and spotless apartment. Loved the rainfall shower and the complementary welcome hamper with snacks and drinks. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train station and city center. The communication with the staff was easy and they were always available.

The bathroom could have more hooks and shelves to hang and place toiletries, and the shower cubicle was a bit small. But these were minor details and didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The Mulberry Room provided everything we needed as a family. Oves greeted us with a warm welcome, ensuring the heating was on and leaving a thoughtful welcome pack with snacks and breakfast cereals. The tasteful decor and comfortable apartment made for a pleasant stay. The view of Winckley Square and the proximity to Avenham Park were definite highlights. Additionally, the self-check-in process was convenient and easy, and the bottled water and snacks were a nice touch.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom throughout our stay, which was quite off-putting. The small shower quadrant was also a downside as it didn't provide enough space to shower comfortably without getting the entire body wet.
